Starksoft ServiceWatcher
Free, Windows Service monitor application used to watch one or more Windows Services on a machine. Alerts you via email if one or more montored services stops and was restarted or failed to restart. The ServiceWatcher also logs all events to the Windows event viewer and a local text log file.
